Mark a point or a line on the asphalt or concrete where you want to drive in the survey nail. 2. Open the movable bar to the fitting angle to match your footing, and align the small or large hole with the intersection of the marked point or lines. 3. Step on the fixed bar and movable bar and make sure not to move the main body, then use a drill to make a pilot hole.
