Mold frames We are pleased to introduce a selection of mold frames for mortar and concrete test specimens. These mold frames are essential tools used to form test specimens into specific shapes and dimensions, ensuring compliance with international testing standards. Lightweight mold frame Hit One  HitOne#50 for mortor Size : 50mm dia. x 100mm / 60pcs HitOne#100 for concrete Size : 100mm dia. x 200mm / 48pcs *#50 includes the rid (6pcs) and the opener (1pc). *The rid and the opener for #100 are sold separately.  One touch demolding system This ultra-lightweight mold frame was developed with a focus on functionality. It is made of high-strength hardened plastic and offers exceptional lightness and usability. It has received high praise as an innovative solution that greatly improves efficiency on-site. The one-touch demolding system not only shortens working time but also makes operation easy for anyone.　It offers improved handling during transport and faster demolding compared to conventional products. How to use Molding Procedure 1. Place the concrete or mortar into the mold. 2. Compact the material evenly using a tamping rod. 3. Tap the mold gently with a wooden mallet. 4. Cure the specimen for the specified period.  Demolding Procedure 1. Set the opening jig onto the mold frame. 2. Fully press down the jig to easily open the mold. 3.
